Why IWI?
Intimate Wellness Institute™ was founded in 2017 by a group of international women’s healthcare experts. Headquartered in Richmond, VA, IWI centers make up the nation’s largest and most comprehensive network of highly-trained practitioners dedicated to empowering women and men to restore intimate health. Since January 2019, Chief Medical Officer and Program Chair, Dr. Nathan Guerette, has successfully trained over 100+ practitioners on numerous evidence-based treatments available to women and men with sexual health concerns.
The IWI Master Course offers a two-day workshop that includes expert didactic and live hands-on training on energy-based therapies, advanced hormone training, financial advice and marketing pearls now available to help women and men with intimate wellness concerns. It also offers training on effective implementation of these therapies to grow your cash-pay model with resources available to ensure success.

Nathan Guerette, MD, FAAFP, FACOG, FPMRS
Dr. Guerette is triple board-certified internationally recognized Urogynecologist specializing in functional and cosmetic pelvic reconstruction. He has presented and published on over 100 topics both at a national and international level and has contributed significant original research to the practice of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery.
He currently serves as Director and CEO of The Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Virginia TM and Co-Founder and Chief Medical officer of IWI. As a world renowned Urogynecologist, he performs over 600 reconstructive pelvic surgeries a year and, for many types of procedures, has done the most globally. Dr. Guerette is a pioneer in the area of energy-based vaginal therapies with clinical and research experience in all modalities.
